West Oaks Mall to Introduce Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill to Houston
Houston (June 12, 2012) -- West Oaks Mall, a joint venture between Square Mile Capital Management LLC and Pacific Retail Capital Partners, announced today it has entered into a lease with Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, providing its first Houston location.
“This spring 2013, Toby Keith’s will join West Oaks Mall’s new Edwards Cinema 14-screen multiplex, including digital projection in every auditorium and a theater fitted with Regal’s Premium Experience (RPX) format, to create Houston’s most exciting new entertainment destination,” said Michael Schonbraun, Principal of Square Mile Capital.
Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill’s newest 28,000 sq. ft. venue will feature award-winning barbecue fare along with live country music and dancing. The centerpiece of the venue will be its famous 95-ft. guitar-shaped bar.

West Oaks Mall is a one million-square-foot regional mall, with three anchors, Dillard’s, Macy’s and Sears. Set on 92 acres that includes several perimeter retail and restaurant buildings, it is bounded by Highway 6, Westheimer Road and Richmond Avenue in West Houston. West Oaks Mall has a high level of visibility in the community, easy access and abundant surface parking. Toby Keith’s will draw from a very wide trade area, typically reaching more than two million people.
